Each garment is a unique expression of art and craftsmanship, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled exclusivity and elegance. To uphold the integrity and prestige of our brand, we have established the following store policies.

Purchase Policy

  1. Exclusive One-of-One Pieces: Each design is produced as a single, unique piece. Once sold, it will not be replicated, ensuring complete exclusivity for our clients.

  2. Custom Orders: In addition to our exclusive designs, we offer bespoke services. Custom pieces are designed in close collaboration with the client, reflecting personal style and preferences.

  3. Consultation Process: For custom orders, an initial consultation is required (Book Here). This can be conducted virtually or in person and includes detailed discussions on design, materials, and measurements.

  4. Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon placing an order. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit.

  5. Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on design complexity, material choices, and customization requirements. A detailed quote will be provided post-consultation.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing & Production Time

  • As a made-to-order brand, each item is individually crafted after your order is placed.
  • Please allow 2- 5 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of the design.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with updates once your order enters production.

Shipping Time & Methods

Once your garment is ready, we offer the following shipping options:
U.S. Shipping: 3-7 business days (standard) | 2-3 business days (express)
International Shipping: 7-14 business days (varies by location)

All shipments come with tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey to you.

Expedited Orders

If you need your item sooner, please contact us at toussaintleaonline@gmail.com before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee rush production for all items, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. No Returns or Exchanges: Given the unique and custom nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Clients are encouraged to review all design specifications and measurements thoroughly during the consultation phase.

  2. Alteration: One minor alterations are offered complimentary within 30 days of delivery. Subsequent or significant alterations will incur additional charges based on the extent of changes needed.

Quality Assurance

Craftsmanship Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our materials and workmanship. If any of the following defects are found within 15 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost:

  1. Seam Integrity: Loose or broken seams.
  2. Fabric Quality: Issues such as fabric tears or irregularities not caused by wear and tear.
  3. Zipper and Fastener Functionality: Faulty zippers,  or other fasteners.

Care Instructions: Detailed care instructions are provided with each piece to ensure longevity and preservation of quality. Toussaint Lea is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care.

Privacy and Confidentiality

  1. Client Information: All personal and payment information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for processing orders and enhancing the client experience.

  2. Design Confidentiality: Custom designs and consultation details are private. Design specifics will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit client consent.
